• Don’t be a jerk.
• No entering other player's mission without their permission or otherwise to disrupt them
• Alts: you can have as many as you like. (We don't even need to know who they are.)
  • Just don't use an alt to get around a rule.
  • For example, don't scout with your MALRO character and then use an alt to gank the MALRO fleet
• No using CoE resources to attack CoE allies

Standings

CoE is not like typical alliances. As we mostly operate in Highsec, and our goal is to support many different kinds of groups, our standings are more complicated than most groups.

Orange (-5) and Lt Blue (+5) denote overall relationships with a certain group, and do not dictate whether you can/should attack or expect them to. In general, maintain situational awareness and do not expect someone set to +5 or below to be friendly outside of High security space.

• -10 (Red Standings) known enemies of the CoE. We try to keep this to a minimum.
• -5 (Orange Standings) Known bad actor (suicide ganking, suspect baiting, etc.)
• 0 (Neutral) We offer services to the group/person, such as docking, access to certain fleets, some industry or manufacturing stuff. THIS DOES NOT NECESSARILY MEAN THEY WILL BE FRIENDLY.
• +5 (Lt Blue) These are groups that we are friendly with. Do not shoot +5s, and report to CoE leadership if they shoot you and any other violation.
• +10 (Dark Blue) We have a political agreement. Do not shoot +10s, and report to CoE leadership if they shoot you and any other violation.

Reporting Offensive Behavior

CoE does not tolerate offensive behavior, hate speech of any kind, or harassment from its members. Additionally, “the submission of offensive language, links to offensive or obscene material or the masking of obscene language sent to in game chat channels (public and private) by players is not permitted” by any Eve Online player as per the Eve Online Terms of Service.
