Starting in YC121, across the Empire-owned systems of the cluster, Conduits from Abyssal Deadspace appeared and carried the forces of the Collective into the comparatively rich and utopian star systems that CONCORD and the DED are sworn to protect.
Billboards throughout New Eden are taken over and begin broadcasting a message from Zorya Triglav. This video outlines the Collectives position on the forces of Sansha, Rogue Drones, Vigilant Tyranos, and Capsuleers. While this information was already largely outlined in the previously recovered Triglavian Datastreams recovered in Abyssal Pockets. Specifically it states that Capsuleers must prove the direction of their flow. Those found fit will be allowed to join the flow and enter Bujan.

A new before unseen pocket of Abyssal Deadspace is found in the deepest layers (Class 5 - Chaotic). The pocket was unusual in several ways. Firstly, the Abyssal Conduit Gate, which is normally closed until all hostiles are neutralized, was unlocked upon entering. Secondly, a massive construction yard was visible building a single vessel of incredible scale. Finally, the room itself was guarded by a very formidable contingent of Leshak Class Triglavian Battleships supported by Rogue Drones.
ArcticVoice was the first known pilot to recover items from the cache position near the construction yard and with it a Semiosis Console. Subsequent Consoles would be recovered, each tied to one of the three clades.

Makoto Priano of Arataka Research Consortium posts to the Intergalactic Summit outlining the information collected on the construction yard and called upon Oveg Drust, head of CONCORD’s SARO Division and then head of CONCORD’s Drifter/Triglavian Task Force codename: Case Red Gamma, to begin addressing these developments openly and cooperatively with the empires and their representatives, and to prepare for an evolving threat environment.
Oveg did not respond to this request.
