The overall structure of CoE consists of Locations and Divisions, with individual projects facilitating in the needs, and activities created and conducted at the intersection of the two. Divisions and Locations are run by Directors, and Projects are run by Managers with Staff.
Project Staff reports and addresses needs through their Project Managers. Project Managers report to Division and Location Directors. Directors form a "Council of Leadership" that provides direction, mediates differences and conflicting needs between Programs, and advises the Executor, who has the final say for the Alliance, and sets the overall vision and path.
The XO's job is to ensure all needs as defined by Directors are being looked into, and supplies are in position and being monitored. The COO manages the affairs of the Convocation and Corporations, ensuring that current administrative needs are addressed, as well as assisting in a more traditional Studio Producer type, role ensuring that parts of the Convocation are working together correctly. The Convocation COO also manages the Convocation's physical Infrastructure and fueling needs.
